“I love the jacket I bought, but the logo was a bit tatty and I emailed the company within a few days hoping to hear a response. Ultimately, one never came and I just accepted it, the coat itself is great and warm but I just wish the customer service had been a tad better”

“I was trying to order Cargo pants and when ordering a 32, I noticed in my confirmation they were 38. Turns out 32 was out of stock, been trying again for weeks but no luck. I did find the return process very good but found site difficult, and really disappointed couldn’t get product”

“Box underpants came in was battered and looked like it had been opened and returned by a previous customer. A few of the underpants had loads of loose threads. Wasn't happy but because they were on offer decided was easier to keep them. If bought at full price would have returned for a refund.”

“Although the cargo pants says 32 I strongly think it’s 34 because all my other pants are 32 and they fit perfectly so I’m going to have to take to someone to to stitch the sides so it can able fit properly”

“I was unfamiliar with the brand threadbare until visiting Gibraltar a few weeks ago. I purchased a pair of Luton shorts - good quality, deep front pockets, nice loop fastening detail on back pockets & a groovy colour ( 5 stars ) However, I tried purchasing another pair direct from you & struggled to find the same ones. I settled for the Southsea ones but when they weren’t as good & were returned - pockets too shallow & a different detail on the back pockets. I did managed to purchase another 2 pairs of the Luton ones on line from Rave UK & really happy with them - maybe it’s a discontinued line?”
