“I returned my item months ago and have had no refund. I have tried to contact you by phone and I have emailed and had no correspondence. I may have well kept the item as I have paid for it and now have nothing for it”

“Absolutely awful quality. I ordered 2 dresses, opened the first and instantly could tell it was a disaster: *incredibly* cheap/thin fabric. Tried it on and it was meant to be a wrap dress in size 8, well it didn't wrap around properly so it was just flapping open, I don't think this would even fit a size 4, the actual design was just really badly done so that there wasn't enough fabric to cover properly. Didn't even bother with the other dress as could tell it was the same. Been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. You're honestly better off going to Primark, the quality would definitely be better and it would cost a quarter of the price.”

“I ordered and purchased a pair pj,s for my partner . The item was very small , I ordered a large which was noticeably more like a size small . Couldn't return item due to my printer not working and, not been able to print return label. Purchase ended up in the bin so very disappointed.”

“Bought a long puffer jacket and it has literally been falling apart as I’ve worn it. After the first week one of the pocket seams had come apart making the pocket unusable and there are also 2 holes in the seams in the lining. I’ve had it for 3 weeks now and some of the teeth on the zip have now fallen off meaning I cannot zip it up ( I’ve never encountered this problem with anything before! Not even primark!) I’ve basically just thrown £50 down the drain. I’m currently in the process of emailing them to seek a refund but I’m not hopeful I’ll get one as it has been slightly over the 2 week refund time. I would never buy anything from this company again!”

“My husband always love wearing Threadbare skinny jeans. I ordered exactly what he is wearing but it was really different from what he is wearing, that is really strange. I tried to contact customer services but couldn’t do so at-last i had to send back. But i am really upset as it was his birthday present. “Evening, Quote disappointed to be honest. I ordered 3 x pairs, all the same size and all fitted differently. Black pair I could not even do the buttons up, khaki pair had a fault with the back, right handside pocket, with the light brown pair the only ones that fitted half decent. I have sent the khaki and black pair back therefore waiting for a refund. Over all, very unimpressed. Dave”
