“I took out jewellery insurance with TH March and found the process really simple and easy to do on-line. During the process, I did have a query and called the call centre; the operator was again very helpful and answered my query quickly. Very happy with the service so far.”

“Engagement ring insurance --I applied for my ring insurance prior to receiving my ring and valuation certificate, so I had to guesstimate the value. I was a few pounds out but this didn't affect the insurance cost. I spoke to a T H March representative on the phone who reassured me that everything would be resolved once I had sent in my valuation certificate. I was able to scan the document and e-mail it to T H March which saved me a lot of hassle. All in all I'm very satisfied with the support T H March have provided.”

“Good service. --Was very easy to get a quote and it was the cheapest quote I had found for jewellery insurance. It was very easy to send in the extra details they needed to insure my items. A no hassle, very simple service.”

“Online experience was great- easy to fill out and send on the appropriate valuation certificate. I had an email advising that the valuation is with the underwriters in less than 24hrs- so that's good too. The snag is this; the email says that if they need any more info, they'll contact the policy holder...(that's me)...otherwise the revised schedule will follow "in due course". I don't know what "in due course" means. Is that normally a week, 10 days, 28 days...or something else. Right now, I don't know when I should chase up to find out if there's a problem. I also don't know if the schedule will be sent electronically or via paper mail. To make this experience 4 stars or better, I'd like to have an indication of when I can expect to have either a query or the revised schedule and what the format will be. I don't mind what the answer is on either point...would just like to know what those answers are.”

“Eternity ring insurance --Bought an eternity ring for Ruby anniversary and was given T H March as a suggested insurer. Found website and easy to use and complete details using the code given by the jeweller. Got a good quote and the documents downloaded easily. Whole process easy and excellent service”
