“The part was an equivalent to the Myson mixer valve and 1/4 of the price. Part arrived 2 days after submitting the order and the part has been fitted and leak fixed. Only concern was the plumber caused a leak on another fitting so he is coming back to fix that. Great service from the supplier, exceeded my expectation considering I live in a remote village in Argyll.”

“Thanks to their product, I have a well-heated underfloor heating with 4 zones for the ground floor which keeps the temperature well enough to not feel too hot or cold. My builder has always used their products so he recommended what to order from the website.”

“Customer service was brilliant. They produced CADs for my entire underfloor heating system and adjusted numerous times from me being fussy about the zones. Delivery was prompt and on time product was easy to install following their advise. I’d highly recommend the underfloor heating site”
