Made two separate orders from sharp chef a few months apart at the start of the year both times was sent incorrect products
The first time I mistakingly let it slide as the mixup resulted in me receiving a knife I was intending to order later on anyway
The second time however I was sent an entirely different model and when I reached out to have a replacement sent the seller initially agreed to send the correct item but once the wrong order was returned I was just issued a refund and the subsequent attempt at communication to get the correct order sent was just ignored
It would seem they are just incapable of correctly fulfilling an order and are unwilling to communicate and correct issues after the fact”
“Sharp chef attached part of my order to the outside of the box and the couriers lost it. Sharp chef replaced it, but did not send it next day delivery. At this time of year heaven knows when I will receive it”
Hi William, as discussed by email we are very sorry that the missing item was dislodged by UPS.
Thanks for letting us know so quickly after receiving the delivery, we managed to get a replacement shipped out to you that day.
We posted the replacement scraper using Royal Mail 1st Class. By rights that should be a next day service but I appreciate in December that is slightly slower and we should have used special delivery as we do for all new orders.
We will keep an eye on the tracking and dispatch a replacement special delivery on Monday if required.
