“Really easy website to navigate, placed an order of a set of hairpin legs which arrived a few days later. They’re exactly what we pictured and wanted for the project. The only problem is that we needed five instead of four! But their customer service team responded on WhatsApp when I messaged them within 24 hours so can’t fault that service at all”

Hi Andrew, Sorry for your experience on the phone. I checked our emails from you and can see we already sent your VAT receipt yesterday morning. You also do already have a trade account with us, so should just be able to login at https://trade.thehairpinlegcompany.co.uk/ to place your order there. We replies to your email regarding this also. Maybe give us a call on Monday/Tuesday and ask to speak to either Adam, Philip or Tom. We can get your normal order refunded to reflect trade price and try to work out why you are not receiving our emails.
