“Love the legs, the color is true to picture, they’re sturdy and beautiful. The delivery took a really long time though, around 3 weeks. Overall would recommend.”

“Would definitely recommend. Top quality products, really swift delivery. Wrong coloured legs sent with order but they were quick to respond and organise for collection with delivery of correct legs at the same time a few days later.”

“The desk is lovely and the customer service great. However, the desk legs and the desk table top both arrived damaged (chipped). The legs have been replaced but it would have been preferable to have the item arrive in immaculate condition. I guess this is either a problem with quality control/production or with the courier handling. I do recommend this company though as the desk is lovely and I am enjoying using it. Thank you.”

“Lovely looking product. Great quality. The feet tend to fall off when you move the table so we glued ours on. Be good if they gave us a choice of color on feet too. Great looking legs and great customer service.”

“The table is pretty much what I expected. Simple, basic, but functional. It did have a really tiny nick in it but I didn’t want to have to return it. The dark grey table does show a lot of prints and grease off hands, so needs to be cleaned regularly. Delivery was quick. All pre-drilled holes in the table for the legs were correctly aligned.”

“Although there are some chip off /scratches on two of the legs we have received, the customer service staff has replied promptly and provided solutions to us once we noticed them via email. So we still give 4stars to the Hairpin Leg Co. even the product we are having are not 100% perfect as long as it works well with our table top.”

“Why don’t you make it more obviousl that you may need foot protection for the legs or just include them as standard I have just had to purchase some and then have to for postage for 4 bits of plastic when I could have brought them at the same time Thanks”

“Very good service and helpful whenever I phone up. Possible improvements: better stock of the industrial legs (im aware this may be impacted by Covid). Lead time on out of stock items available to Trade customers Improved range of industrial legs e.g. stock legs for different sized side tables/coffee tables”

“I would have loved to have given this the full 5 star treatment. The website and the customer service is first class, so all good there. Unfortunately, when the legs arrived a couple of them had a couple of marks / scratches on them that was a teeny bit disappointing. However, when the legs are fastened (this weekend) I highly doubt any of these will be seen. Will definitely return to the Hairpin Leg Co. in due course though. Thank you!”
