About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“The throw I received is a beautiful work of craftsmanship and very good quality. The colours available are stunning, there’s a colour for everyone. I especially like the fact that you support wonderful British wool and traditional mills… well done for shining a light on such an important and valuable industry.”

“Blanket was great. Delivery great. Wasn’t the right fit for my flat so have been repeatedly trying to return this. I have sent multiple email requests after your return request system on the website wouldn’t work - I’ve had no response. Can someone please contact me?”

“My gorgeous blanket arrived extremely quickly and I love it. The colour is exactly the same as advertised and it's fabulous quality. There's nothing like real wool. My only complaint is that my new kittens have taken such a liking to it that I don't get a look in. What a great excuse to buy another one! Couldn't recommend enough!”
