About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“Really beautiful products. The colours on this particular blanket were really accurately described and it was perfect. I bought one as a Christmas gift for a relative and she was so pleased when she unwrapped it! It was difficult to find something on the market that rivalled this in terms of quality, for the same price point. I would definitely purchase again.”

“I originally purchased the orange windmill throw and was so pleased with it I purchased a second blanket in grey. The blanket quality is very high, they arrive well-packaged and delivery is fast. I particularly like that the packaging is non-plastic and that by buying them I am supporting a British business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be making further purchases.”
