“The order that I placed was dealt with expertise which resulted in my order arriving with me, The order was packaged in a manor which meant that my order arrived safely & undamaged. The only negative comment that I would write is that to research the most efficient delivery method which I would say is not Royal Mail as they are not obliged to deliver letters & packages 5 days out off 7 which extends the length of time customers have to wait to receive their touch up paints I would highly recommend The Touch Up Paint Factory .”

“Just received the touch up pen for my Jaguar in Caldera Red. The pen is so easy to use and the colour match is perfect. The odd couple of stone chips have completely disappeared. Really please with the result.”

“Colour match is OK but I found the paint is very thick so difficult to do a seamless touchup. However, Touch Up Paint Factory contacted me after reading my initial review and have sent me a small bottle of blending solution FOC to add to the paint so very happy with the final result. Great customer service.”
