“If you thought your paint looked bad before. Wait until you apply this pen. Ruins the finish of your paint. If you had a shiney coat before, this will add matte blobs. Horrendous”

“I been using the touch up paint factory for a few years now so far so good very good colour match the paint is a very good quality and doesn't go off over time like other paints i used in the past the touch up cotton sticks are great so you can use a very small amount at a time so well done the paint factory”

“Prouct is spot on but the postal options is a scam. Your offered two choices in price, £3.99 ( 2-3 days) & £5.99 (next day.) Upon checkout system automatically selects most expensive and it's impossible to change! Then to add insult the "next day delivery" takes 3-4 days to arrive???”

“I ordered two products from Touch up paint factory, Touch up pen & spray paint. The pen in its self wasn't very good & the paint wasn't a good match, it was a lot darker, the spray paint was not a good match either. I offered to send the products back & asked for a refund, they offered to remix paint & send them to me ,after about a week nothing arrived, contacted them again & they said they would dispatch one of the paints next day 8 days later still hasn't arrived & 20 days from the first email i sent. Very disappointing service.... C Browne”

“Service delivery was great and on time. Original colour did not match teh registration entwered. Upon quering, TUPF found an alternative and supplied - this was a great match. Good follow up and willingness to supply the right paint”

“I placed an order and it was delivered on time - I then placed a further order but had to cancel after they took payment - No problem they cancelled it and did a full refund .. Excellent Customer service - will recommend and use again Barnaby- UK”

“i have not had time to try the product yet, but having got it and read ther instructioms i have found that I dont have the full kit to touch up my paint and need seme wet/dry paper and paste-this means a second order and second postager charge and was not clear when i ordered”
