“After paying for the recorded 4 day delivery I was firstly disappointed when it didn't arrive for 6 days. The paint pen itself wasn't even the correct shade, it's visably brighter than the car and stands out so in all it has been a waste of time and money. Very dissatisfied”

“Ordered 2 pens for different cars, 1 worked spot on the other I couldn't get the paint to come out, the touch up paint factory got in touch and replaced it without a problem that pen worked spot on great company and will recommend and use again. Delivery took about a week so not to long. Keep up the great work.”

“At first I ordered the wrong colour paint for my red Zoe; somehow it turned up as a buff colour. I have found getting the correct code a tricky process. However, Bob at Touch up Paint Factory got on the case straight away and a few days later I have just recieved the red paint at no extra cost. Will use them again for sure.”

“The service was great and very fast. The colour was 100% but I found the tip very scratchy and difficult to get a smooth even finish on bigger scratches, and followed all the tips to try and clean and hopefully soften it with no luck”

“I've used this supplier a couple of times now and much prefer the method of application to other "brush in a bottle" brands. More control over application and little or no waste around the cap. I actully used a plastic tooth pick on very small chips, works well. Great, fast and friendly service too, I'd recommend the Touch Up Paint Factory to others.”

“The touch up pen arrived fairly promptly and was easy to apply. I would have been very pleased had my car not been black while the paint sent is blue! Now I need the black version to match the registration number which the Touch Up Paint Factory was given when I odered. Not very impressed so far!”
