“I took the level 5 TEFL course completely online which was great because I could do it on my own time while I was working and taking care of other responsibilities. I would have liked to have had some more interaction with the staff that was responsible for the grading of the assignments instead of just a message that I could not respond to but all in all I found the course to be a good one.”

“I'm very happy about the TEFL level 5 - 160h I successfully completed. The program and units of the course are well organized and comprehensive of many aspects of English and the teacher role. The lessons are clear and easy to follow, and several tests help understand your own comprehension of each unit. I found the essays to be enough challenging and a valid way to verify students' capacities. The feedback was always given to me quickly and with detailed information and suggestions about how to improve my work. There are no video lessons but everything is written in slides and interactive slides, or on files. This can be either a positive or negative aspect. Anyway, after completing it I can definitely recommend this course to everybody, it is a really valid preparation for the TEFL career.”

“In completing the Level 5 TEFL Course, I really liked how their were plenty of resources available for each unit, providing me a comprehensive understanding of the course material. The unit were designed to be both easy to understand and highly engaging through activities. I enjoyed completing this course, can't wait to see where it'll take me!”

“I completed my Level 5 course with The TEFL Academy. Each unit prepared me in achieving the outcomes of each assignment. They were not easy! But obtaining such a certification isn't meant to be easy otherwise everyone would be doing it. Instead, I appreciated the high standard of the course work and feedback provided upon completing the assignments. No detail is spared and you will learn so much during this course. You are given 6 months to complete the course which is more than enough time, but if you feel time has gotten away from you then you are still given the opportunity to extend this. After completing my course, The TEFL Academy gave me several resources to help me find a job and in any country. This was so helpful! I would recommend The TEFL Academy to anyone who is motivated to achieve their certification. It's a journey well worth taking!”

“The Level 5 (168 hour) online course by THE TEFL Academy is truly worth the time and money. The aims and objectives of the course is detailed and achievable; even if you have no teaching experience, the content and guidance given is truly effective. The material is very well structured and practical, and units are stimulating. “Doing the Combined TEFL Level 5 Course (168 hours) was the best decision for me. I had the opportunity to learn in a real class environment as well as the flexibility of time with learning online. “I completed the combined Level 5 TEFL Course with TEFL Academy. I was more than satisfied with the professionalism and standard of this course. I would recommend the combined course, as the 2 day interactive session really helps a lot with understanding the online course, provides you the opportunity to engage with other students completing the same course as well as interaction with an experienced TEFL teacher. Our teacher went out of her way to not only teach course material, but also enlightening us on the whole experience of being a TEFL teacher. TEFL Academy is definitely recommendable if you want to ensure you are prepared for the TEFL life.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed completing my level 5 TEFL certificate and it was fully achievable while working full time. The course content was useful and I found the information about jobs and job sites very helpful. The feedback from each assignment was helpful and I improved with each one. “I really enjoyed completing my TEFL course with the TEFL academy. The units covered all the appropriate material and I feel I really developed both my knowledge of teaching as well as practical skills such as lesson planning. For the most part, the units were appropriate lengths, although some of the units got a bit long, so maybe some of the longer units could be broken up into smaller sections. However, the vast majority of the units were very engaging and include interactive tasks throughout, which helped me to maintain focus, which is important for me when working alone. I was very happy with the feedback I received from assignments, as feedback was both prompt and detailed. Overall I am very happy with the TEFL academy course.”
