“I have completed my level 5 TEFL course (168 hours) at end of April 2020. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the two-day classroom course in January 2020. I am of the view that the classroom course was very helpful in that I had a good grasp of what it was all about and a better understanding of what was expected of me before I started the online course. The marking was done quickly and proper feedback was provided in the online course, albeit I was not always sure whilst doing tasks of what exactly was expected of me. I would recommend this course to others that are considering teaching English to foreign language students.”

“Level 5 168 hour course. Extremely well planned and thorough with assignments providing relevant opportunity for applying information learned during the course. Although I have taught in a classroom for the past 13 years, I feel this course has taught me a great deal and provided me with skills and systems to improve my teaching further. Would have liked more online teaching tips and practical application information/guidance as this was an online course. Most of the information provided was applicable to the physical classroom and not the online classroom.”

“After graduating with 2 degrees, I still had no idea what I wanted to do or who I wanted to be. After much research, I decided to settle on the TEFL Academy to help me achieve my goals and fulfill my passions. My passion has always been to travel, to learn and to teach. The Level 5 Course Combined Course has equipped me with all I need to know about how to teach the English language. The classroom hours were super exciting and were exactly what I needed to boost my interest in the course. Once I had completed the 20 hour course, I was ready to begin my online course. During my online course, I received constant support from the online tutor support as well as the information and extra references given throughout the course. The English language is hard to understand as an English speaker myself, but the TEFL Academy has managed to explain it in a way that is easy to follow, easy to understand and easy to teach. I am super excited to begin my life as a TEFL teacher, both online and abroad. The lessons I have covered in the Level 5 Combined Course were in-depth. There was enough activities to ensure understanding. The end of unit tests are a great way to assess your own understanding of the course. The assignments were interesting to complete. I have full confidence in myself and in my new abilities to teach the English language.”

“I studied the level 5 TEFL course through TEFL Academy, and I absolutely loved it. The online platform is well structured and easy to use. Units were explained in detail and included plenty examples and extra websites for extra reading , extra notes and more examples. The helpline email was efficient, I was never left confused. I also received plenty email and sms notifications about important issues throughout the course like the extension of the course where they offered me various options in advance so I could complete the course.”

“The TEFL Academy has created a great product with the Level 5 TEFL Course. It allows you to learn how to be a English foreign language teacher online while also providing much needed practical teaching experience. The course covered everything I needed to know to begin my journey as a teacher and they were there every step of the way whenever I had any questions. This is definitely a good course if you want to be a teacher and travel the world.”

“Couldn't be happier than I am right now, I just finished the level 5 TEFL course with The Tefl Academy, it was a fairly hard course, very much in depth, with tons of information and heavy load of assignments. The assignments were very useful and now I feel like I'm prepared for what's coming towards me in the future!. Great course, I totally recommend it!”

“I just completed my TEFL Level 5 (168 hour) from REFL Academy. It was a wonderful experience. Course material is easy to follow, activities sure made me learn a lot. Mostly importantly, the feedback on my assignments is the "icing on the cake". I learned so much more just by reading the feedbacks, not to mention the markers are so helpful in explain what I need to improve on. It was great, I now signed up for the Teaching Young Learners course, can't seem to stop, I think I am addicted to TEFL Academy”

“I just finished the Level 5 TEFL Course and can say that it's been a truly helpful and enjoyable experience. The course units are well organized and have actually relevant and useful information. The assignments challenged me and I received very thoughtful feedback from the graders. Overall, The TEFL Academy is definitely a serious course for people who want to seriously improve their teaching knowledge and abilities while still keeping within a budget and doing it all from their computer. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“I did a learn quite in the Level 5 course, however after completing the course and getting my certificate, it still said I was only 78% done on the dashboard. I opened a ticket to ask about that, and to ask how I could get classroom training and they never replied. So while I did learn some things, it did not prepare me to pursue a career as a TEFL instructor.”
