“The TEFL Academy was great. The online Level 5 Course was brilliant. Easy to follow, interestingly presented, yet still challenging as one would expect. The weekend of class time really added another dimension to the overall course and helped give me valuable insight that assisted me with assignments. The tutor was awsome. She reminded me how teaching english can be fun too. I am so pleased that i chose the TEFL Academy for my certification. Their communication and support is 100%.”

“The course was extremely well delivered, thoroughly comprehensive and I felt supported by the teachers and staff. I loved every minute of it! Now that I have my qualification The TEFL Academy will be my first port of call for finding work in the field. At level five, this qualification is hard work, you will have to find time in your schedule to apply yourself. However it’s a prize well worth working for and I would highly recommend it to those wishing to study TEFL.”

“This spring I mastered Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hours). The decision was spontaneous but the study was a real pleasure. I was able to master the material at my own pace: some topics were learnt faster, some took more time. I was a bit nervous that my language level was not appropriate but in vain: the material of the course is presented in good academic English but can be easily understood by a non-native speaker too. All units are logically structured. I managed to learn the history of English and ways of teaching, how different aspects of the language are taught and what problems can fresh teachers face. At the end of several blocks I had to prepare piece of a lesson and to teach either a new vocabulary or a grammar pattern or prepare a lesson using modern sources of information. It was very creative and forced me to surf different sources for more information as I was always hungry for new ideas. Each unit also provides students with a list of useful reading materials and videos which can be used in the future. I was impressed with a detailed feedback of my lessons by tutors: each element was scrupulously analysed by a tutor, and I was provided with useful recommendations as well. Though I am waiting for my Certificate I registered on some sites and have already recived two job offers. I want to thank all the participants of the course from the side of the TEFL Academy for their work. They were always in touch and answered all my questions. Thank you, guys!!!”

“I studied the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) online and also went and did the 2 days classroom course. (which i recommend also) I really enjoyed this course and recommend it to anyone thinking about teaching abroad or at home. The tutors and customer service were extremely helpful with any questions and concerns you had when completing the course and any IT issues. The 1-11 units were very well laid out and easy to read and understand. You also had questions after every unit which test you. The assignments were really good as they make you understand in depth what the course is all about. They give you 6 months to complete it which is a good time. Im happy to have completed it and i can now go into my new role as an english language teacher with confidence and use what i have learnt on this course. Good luck!”

“For my first online course I found the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) very well constructed. Logical, easy to follow with clear instructions at each stage. The assignments were challenging enough to make you work for your grade. Overall a course that is worthwhile to do.”

“The in-class weekend was taught really well by an amazing, and enthusiastic teacher who was willing to help afterwards also with any concerns or queries. The course covered everything I needed to know from a theoretical and practical point of view. The support team were really quick to respond to any queries I had. Just be careful to get the written assignment's started early or you will run out of time!”

“Wow. What can I say? I was skeptical at first because the price seem too good to be true. Now I can truly say that this course was impressive. 1Not to spoil it for others but this course is worth more than it cost. I have been looking at other programs from universities and the curriculum and learning objectives for TEFL Academy are the same. The course is comprehensive and complete. I was able to use what I learned immediately. All the material is relevant. Even here in the US. I applied the knowledge from the course to a TESOL course that I taught at a high school in the US. I was a little shocked how much I learned from the course. I did the hybrid course. It is was structured and very well presented. This was not an easy course. I repeat. This is not an easy course. But because of the difficulty, I felt that I was getting quality. Not everyone can do this. But it is worth a try. TEFL Academy is very supportive and available if necessary. I loved the feedback. Very honest and encouraging. Excellent critique by the evaluators and tutors. It will only serve me in the future. . But yes, it was a WOW for me. Very impressive. So impressive that I decided to pursue my Master's degree in TESOL. This course gave me a push to want more and to be better. Petra”
