“I have not received my graded assignment back after 10 days. I have emailed and still nothing seems to happen. Promises were made and not kept. My TEFL certificate is needed to finalise my Visa application, and now I am stuck in a country with no way of applying to be a legal worker.”

“Easily understood and thorough system of teaching and testing, stretched me, but made me joyful when I eventually conquered a concept, especially in the grammar module. Really enjoyed the assignments which brought out the creative side of my nature. Loved the whole experience and am grateful that I will now be able to put my learning to good use.”

“I was so pleased with the presentation of the course and how it was structured. I found the whole experience really beneficial and worthwhile. I was also really impressed with the feedback from staff and how efficient the admin staff were- whenever I emailed with a query they were always very helpful and informative.”

“I have just finished the 120 hour online TEFL course and am extremely satisfied. The course offered me step-by-step guidance on every aspect of L2 teaching through a comprehensive, yet concise combination of theory and practical activities. I was also very impressed with the feedback on my first lesson plans as it only took five days and was done personally so that all of my unique strengths and shortcomings were made clear. I also learnt a lot about English linguistics myself and feel a lot more confident about presenting the material to a class. The course showed me exactly what is to be expected for each level of language proficiency and age group. I also loved how the course was presented online, since I was able to focus on my other studies and complete all the modules on my own time.”

“It felt like the course was presented to me as individual, all the course material was so easy to understand and all activities very meaningful to complete. It was a pleasure to study again as a older person and I thought it will be very difficult but the Way in which this course was presented by the TEFL Academy made it so enjoyable. Although I never met the tutors, all enquiries and feedback on assignments was done in such a way that it felt like the tutors knew me. Thumps up for a brilliant academy!!!”

“It added value to my English studies, I also enjoyed the challenges of the content being a certificate I was not expecting such a high standard to be honest. There is a good flow of information in the correct order which allows for easy learning as the modules become more intense. The support desk is very helpful and this always makes a students life happy.”

“I loved the prompt feedback from the tutors, the course was very well structured and not too intimidating at all! It is easy to follow even without any help from the tutors, I didn't ask for any at all during the course. the exams are perfectly focused and there is a logical progression which really does mean that when it comes down to the assignments all the skills and information are at ones disposal. I thought it was a brilliant course!”

“I found the 120 hour combined course really easy to follow and very extensive in each module. I believe I have gained a good understanding for teaching english and have knowledge in many new teaching techniques. The continuous assessment was very helpful and easy to follow. Any emails to support were answered promptly without delay and tutors issued very good feedback on assignments and were very encouraging.”

“This course was extremely interesting and rewarding. I was surprised how much I didn't know about my native language. Through the course I felt I was learning well despite my initial doubts on how effectively I could learn from an online course. The classroom aspect of the course was a useful insight into the practical side of teaching. I now feel as prepared as I can be to teach English and I look forward to using the knowledge I have acquired to provide a good quality of education. When considering the price of the course and the opportunities it can provide, it was an absolute bargain. I would like to say a big thank you to The TEFL Academy for administration the course so well and being very punctual with marking. I would highly recommend THE TEFL Academy to anyone wanting to study a TEFL course.”
