Very fast shipping, really fast delivery... but limited descriptions on the website, for example which accessory is compatible with which Pi. For a company that mainly sells just one product ecosystem it shouldn't be too hard to add a compatibly list to items, to reduce customers purchasing the wrong item, all hassle with returns or just to keep customer retention.

The response was that it will have been picked and shipped already and it will go to my old address, if whoever is there now returns it then I will get a refund.

Buy a computer from Amazon at least the returns are free.
