“ Had what I needed and delivered quickly. However, your address selection system on checkout didn't accept my address correctly. I place the order and immediately sent a message to you requesting it to be changed. You customer service rep, Jayden, told me you can't do that for me but you do have a returns policy.... but I'd have to receive the item in order to do that! Thankfully the item was delivered albeit with the muddled up address. ”

“ Very fast shipping, really fast delivery... but limited descriptions on the website, for example which accessory is compatible with which Pi. For a company that mainly sells just one product ecosystem it shouldn't be too hard to add a compatibly list to items, to reduce customers purchasing the wrong item, all hassle with returns or just to keep customer retention. ”
