“ Absolutely fab experience, bought a pi 4 kit and then realised for my use case pi5 would be more suitable. Ended up contacting support and they did a full refund with days of getting the return. Waiting for the pi5 kit now. ”

Unfortunately one of the items was not what i ordered but after communicating with the support team it was swiftly sorted out and i was able to return the package. I reordered the item again and this was promptly dealt with and i also received a refund within a day of the incorrect items being received back! Fantastic service and communication and i would highly recommend! ”
