“We had a very positive experience with all the staff. No pressure selling, just straightforward explanations for both sales and technical side. We travelled some distance to view purchase our vehicle and the standard of customer service made the whole transaction a pleasant experience.”

“The whole experience from start to finish was perfect! We viewed a motorhome online that we liked so made a 4-hour round trip to view. We were left in peace to thoroughly inspect but Tom was on hand nearby to answer any queries. The staff are friendly, professional and polite. The after-sales service is excellent for any queries we have. Thanks to Tom for all his help and advice and also to Archie who ably demonstrated all the workings of the motorhome. Highly recommend The Motorhome Showroom and we will definitely return in a few years if we decide to upgrade. David & Sally”

“This is our first Motorhome and when choosing we were left alone to view all the vans. Once we had chosen the process was straightforward and on delivery time was spent explaining everything so we left confident on how everything worked. We would have no hesitation in recommending Motorhome Showroom.”

“We bought our Motorhome during lockdown so very surreal experience as unable to test drive. All communications were first class from the initial sale to our handover and the after sales service we received when we bought it back for warranty work was faultless. A very professional team who give excellent customer service.”

“What a great place, no pressure to buy just old fashion service. Thomas in the showroom was happy to let us browse the vehicles and find our vehicle of choice and showed us round and explained all about the vehicle. The handover was handled by Dan who was patient and answered all our questions and even fitted a security door lock while we waited. Would recommend this company as the whole process went without a hitch.”

“We went to Webb's to purchase a awning for our self build van knowing that they only deal with coach built vans. We not expecting them to fit the awning only supply if the price was right. However what a very unhelpful person. As soon as I said self build things changed. Unwilling to provide any service and never gave us a price. So much for supporting a local business with a service like that.”

Hi Tim, Thank you for your review. We are sorry we were unable to help you determine the correct awning and brackets for your self-build camper van in our shop, as you stated there are many options on the internet at varying prices, our staff are trained on National Caravan Council, propriety converted, type approved Motorhomes, this alongside our AWS approved workshop gives them the knowledge they need to serve most customers in relation to approved motorhome requirements, unfortunately without first seeing what your one of a kind, unique conversion, which unfortunately for us you didn’t have with you, required was a little difficult. We hope you eventually manage to get the fitting/product advice and excellent price you were looking for on the internet.

“Excellent Sales person who found us exactly the Motorhome with all the facilities we had specified. The handover was carried out very efficiently where all aspects of the van were explained. we are very happy with the way we were dealt with and would certainly recommend the company.”
