“We were very impressed by the whole buying experience from the initial contact to the hand over. Very professional staff, a special mention for Archie who explained all the features during the hand over. “We were really impressed with our experience from beginning to end. Thomas was patient with our many questions. No pressurised selling and all vehicles are immaculately presented whatever their age. We only went to browse but ended up buying. A very professional showroom and staff gave us the confidence we needed to feel comfortable. It was worth the 3 hour journey. The handover with Steve was not rushed and all explained coherently. If we upgrade we won’t be shopping anywhere else. Thank you all.”

“What a great experience this has been. We had spotted a particular motorhome we like on sale so paid a vist, the vehicle was unlocked and when we stepped in it was great to see one of the staff cleaning it. We have seen so many vehicles that are never prepared, clearly not the case at The Motorhome Showroom. The sales person, Tom, was so helpful, knew his stuff and wasnt pushy at all. Having thought about it for the weekend we decided this was the motorhome for us. We were offered a fair price for our part exchange and arranged to pick it up the following week. On collection Tom continued to look after us and handed us over to Archie, what a great guy, showed us around the motorhome, explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions. I cannot thank and recommend this dealer enough. Thanks for looking after us so well.”

“Despite our purchase not exactly being top of the range, we experienced personal attention throughout the process. Phil & his team are well versed in customer care & queries. The handover from Archie was professionally conducted, loads of sensible advice, particularly appreciated, this being our first purchase. The extensive, complimentary starter pack covering mostly everyday cleaning & operating aspects was most unexpected, full of thoughtful products. Doubtless their aftercare will be equally impressive, certainly a positive experience all round. Regards, Stuart”

“I would highly recommend The motorhome showroom the motorhomes in stock were all presented well and there was no pressure to purchase .we travelled 150 miles up from Cornwall i was concerned about the heating system as we had the Aldi system in our unit and the motorhome were were interested in had the Truma heating system they said no problem we will hook it up and put everything running before we arrive they did and it was Toasty warm .we were offered a reasonable px price they fitted a reversing camera and extra leasure battery for off grid purposes. We collected our new to us motorhome yesterday 17/10/25 and we are delighted with it .The handover was excellent Archie went through everything from thr leasure battery charging system, gass storage bike rack ,Awning,demonstration of all electrical and gass equipment ,water pump filling, priming, drainage ,all blinds,windows and demonstrated how the 3rd birth was made up very comprehensive indeed .I didn't receive a handover anything like this from the much larger dealer we bought our previous motorhome off .we are delighted with our purchase and the whole experience i would recommend them”

“We had looked for a while for a motorhome and decided to drive further afield after seeing some situated at the Motorhome Showroom that were more what we were looking for. The service we received from the start has been exceptionally good and we left today with our new Motorhome feeling that we had made new friends throughout the whole experience! The sales experience from Thomas was superb,the full and very thorough handover from Archie was fabulous a d the lovely man who picked us up from the train station even gave us a guided tour of Winchester! Worth the journey and looking forward to many fun adventures in our new second home!!”

“I recently seen a moter home at the moterhome showroom. Coming down to Warminster from Glasgow exited about it all and happy with the moter home it was realised that I would need a C1 on my licence. It was something unforseen by myself. However Phil managed to find another vehicle for me and I am over the moon with the service I received from the sales to the handover it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend the moterhome showroom to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They are a great company to deal with throughout the process. Thank you to whole team there. “We recently purchased a motorhome from The Motorhome Showroom, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team werr professional, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. “We were warmly welcomed into the Motorhome Showroom sales area when we went to browse and discuss part exchanging a vehicle. It was a light and airy space, with good coffee offered immediately (much appreciated after quite a long journey!). Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we were given a good balance of time to browse and then to ask questions. When we picked up our new vehicle two weeks later, it had been serviced etc, and the handover was excellent. We would highly recommend - thank you all!”
