“This is our third Motorhome from The Motorhome Showroom we have had and every time it gets better . The whole team are friendly professional and only to willing to be of any assistance to you . The team have always got time to give high quality service needs either face to face or a quick phone call for general advice or technical back up . We have no issues with recommending the Motorhome Showroom to any persons interested in purchasing from the team you will not be disappointed in any way at all . My thanks to the front of house team and also the preparation crew for my new van that I picked up on Friday we love it . Many thanks Karen and Trevor”

“Went to look at a specific motorhome but Phil was very helpful and pointed out other vans that might have suited our needs as well. He left us alone to look round all of them which we appreciated as it’s a big decision and didn’t want to be rushed. He was at hand to answer all questions that we had. We decided on the one we wanted to buy and again Phil was very helpful as we wanted some extras fitted. After picking up the van we had a couple of defects which were rectified without any quibbles. Our only complaint was that when the van went back in to have the faults rectified, there was a communication breakdown from them as to how things were going. Phil did get this sorted to our satisfaction. Other than this, we were very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend buying from them.”

“Everything about buying my motorhome has been a good experience. Communication has been excellent and answered all my questions no matter how daft! Handover was full of information but not overwhelming and any questions I've had since have been solved. I'd happily go back next time I'm looking for a replacement but I'm hoping that's a long time until then as I'm really happy with mine 😁”

“We recently went to the Motorhome Showroom for the first time. We had seen a motorhome online that we wanted to view. As we were traveling from the Isle of Wight we'd phoned ahead and were welcomed on arrival with a cuppa which was lovely. Having showed us round the motorhome we were left to our own devices to take as long as we needed to look around with no interference and the offer of more tea! We took the opportunity to look round a couple of others as a comparison but we knew it was the one for us. Having made up our minds we were offered a generous trade in for our old van. The whole process was made easy by the team and when we came back a couple of weeks later for the handover we were given a very thorough tour of our new van and how it worked by one of their apprentices. All in all a great experience. We would recommend them to anyone.”

“I’ve travelled to Motorhome places in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Berkshire and now Wiltshire and value for money Motorhome Showroom was the best. My experience of them was first class from start to finish. On entering the showroom we were made to feel special if we had a question about anything it was answered there and then. We spent a lot time going round every Motorhome and we wasn’t pressured but when we eventually chose a Motorhome we were given a little bonus, I travel 140 miles each way to view the Motorhome Showroom with no regrets, we’ll done lads.”

“Phil, the sales manager was very attentive, yet left us alone when we just wanted to think. His communication and knowledge was, and is excellent, the new van was ready ahead of schedule, the exchange was faultless and after sales has been fantastic. “What a brilliant service. We purchased our motorhome from The Motorhome Showroom a year ago and recently been back in for our annual habitation check and to have some work done and can't say how impressed we were again. Eloise on service was super efficient, booked us in and was happy to look at the extra work needed and carried out repairs whilst the motorhome was with them so we had our motorhome back fully serviced and ready to use again. Thank you all. Brilliant reception, always made to feel welcome and great coffee!”

“Dear Phil, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help and also a huge thank you to Tom SB , Archie and Adam for being so lovely and helpful on Friday’s handover. The van has now been named Squidward by my daughter ( any other SpongeBob fans will appreciate that I’m sure) and we surprised my husband with it on Friday afternoon. We got it set up straight away and camped by the lake on our neighbours farm land over the weekend - heavenly!!! Thank you all!”

“We discovered a problem with our motorhome charging system three days before we were due to go on holiday. Emailed Phil at The Motorhome Showroom, where we bought our motorhome last year, explained the situation. Phil sorted out a day within the three day window immediately when Jason and the team could investigate, I took the motorhome down to Warminster, it was diagnosed and repaired that very morning and the fault explained. Just top class customer service and allowed us a trouble free holiday. A big thanks to Phil, Jason and the crew at The Motorhome Showroom, nothing was too much trouble.”

“Just purchased a Motorhome from this company, I have to say a big thank you to Tom who was more than happy to take our money, lol, but he sorted out and explained everything we asked for as it was an 05 plate and it was just age niggles, He also sorted the tax for us,and to Jason who done the handover , explaining everything to us while sweating his …off in this adverse weather, The starter pack was more than expected and the additional free umbrella ?, they obviously know what’s coming weather wise..Would recommended this company to those like us looking for our 1st motorhome and those looking to upgrade. Nothing too much trouble. Many thanks Chris and Terri”
