“Ben was friendly, polite helpful very professional, but friendly.Felt very comfortable and at ease with him. Any questions I had answered them quickly. Kept me up to date all through the process .Felt looked after by him and Rachel . All went out of their way to keep in touch so I knew exactly how the application was going.”
