“Matt was able to find a nice low interest rate for a Bridging Loan to buy my house. Although the process with the lender was complicated, Sonia was there all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would recommend the Money Hub if you are considering Bridging Finance.”

“The service I recieved from Gary Simmons from The Money Hub was outstanding. I contacted him on Thursday explaining my situation, and he took it all onboard, and by Tuesday i have had the offer confirmed. Throughout the whole process Gary was at the end of the phone, when i didn't understand something. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. Thanks for all your help and guidence. “We can not recommend highly enough the fantastic service that we received from John at The Money Hub. Having previously used The Money Hub for our mortgage borrowing which was made so stress free, with amazing customer service from beginning to end that when our fixed rate ended it was a no brainer to reach out and use the money Hub again. We were kept informed by John every step of the way, explaining anything to us that we didnt understand and taking all of the hard work and stress away, enabling us to carry on with our working days without worrying. “I have used the money hub quite a few times now, this occasion was my first ever bridging loan. Gary helped through the entire process and always helps in every aspect, to get the case through to completion, even when I was having doubts and thinking we was going to miss our completion date, Gary was able to keep me calm and reassured me everything was fine. We completed on the property in time and I am already looking for the next deal and will be in touch with Gary again. “Gary is doing a fantastic job in arranging bridging finance for us. His communication is excellent, keeping me updated with progress and dealing with issues that come up. He is easy to get in touch and if he is not available, he rings back promptly. He keeps me updated with progress on a regular basis, so if anything is holding things up, whether it is documentation or we are waiting for solicitors, it can be dealt with promptly. We are due to complete next week and he has been instrumental in pulling everything together to make this happen.”
