Ordered in stock items totalling £113 on 15th April. Now 1st May and no curtains. Tried phoning but it says to email which I have done 3 times. No response whatsoever from the company. Dreadful customer service in this ssy and she. Clearly have no regard for customers. Now I face the hassle of trying to get a refund. I am a senior citizen, really need curtains for my house and cant afford to buy elsewhere till I get the refund.

I doubt TF's is at the cutting edge of retail or the hub of on-line shopping. As I first time customer, placed an order, order accepted but then rejected. Email communication replies hardly dynamic with "cut n paste" standard library wording". I wouldn't recommend this backward -thinking company especially in a time when most business are relying on the on-line side of business. It appears that TF doesn't want or value customers, if they did, they would have been back in contact with me asking for me to replace my order.

I ordered a pair of curtains but when they arrived I was disappointed with colour and quality so decided to return. My criticism is the amount of time it took for the refund to be credited into my bank account. I have contacted the company three times and have not had the courtesy of a reply. I did receive a refund but it took a long tine to reach my account. I am disappointed the company could not be bothered to reply to my emails. Will not use this company again.

Website said fabric was in stock, so paid for 48 hour delivery. Fabric did not arrive so queried this. Told was not in stock and 48 hour delivery was from when it arrived with them. Had to buy fabric elsewhere, so asked about refund. Was told that refund would only be 50% of price as had been cut. No customer service or communication. Would not use again.

I placed an order on a Saturday morning, and selected Next Day Delivery, the date by this service was Monday by 6pm. I did this because I had someone coming on Tuesday to make drapes and I wanted to fabric by then. Monday came and went and my order didn't appear. I emailed customer service and awaited a response. The response I got was extremely disappointing. The person dealing with my complaint insultingly tried to suggest that I had "misread" the date, and that they do not class weekends as postage days, so my order wouldn't arrive by Tuesday 6pm, not Monday 6pm. I replied, but got no response. In the end, the order didn't arrive until Wednesday, and the company never bothered replying, not even when I requested information about how to make a complaint. I have now had to open a dispute through PayPal to relcaim the £5.99 that I spent on next day delivery. The company even tried to offer a £1 refund. What kind of business treats it's customers with such disregard?! Unbelievable. Terry's Fabrics - yes, it's only £5.99 - but you ought to be ashamed of how little your small customers mean to you.

Product arrived later than indicated when ordered (but Hermes are a bad delivery company), although the website says Royal Mail - this was not an option and what I would have chosen. Product was a repeat order, so items was required to match the previous order - but it was different so not suitable. Contact form was really hard to find and my complaint has not been answered. So all round a bad experience on every level.
