Product arrived later than indicated when ordered (but Hermes are a bad delivery company), although the website says Royal Mail - this was not an option and what I would have chosen.
Product was a repeat order, so items was required to match the previous order - but it was different so not suitable.
Contact form was really hard to find and my complaint has not been answered.
So all round a bad experience on every level.
