About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

Temple Knight offer a highly professional, yet personal one stop service for all your printing and photocopying requirements, whatever the size of your organisation.

Novac and Sam were very polite and serviced our broken printer, ensuring we were happy with quality of print and connectivity before they left.
Novac was exemplary. Called in advance. Arrived punctually. Very tricky problem with my printer which he identified, explained and planned solution for. Couldn't ask for more.
Novac was here before the office even opened, punctual, efficient and very knowledgeable. Quickly serviced the printer and told us what had been causing the problem and what we needed to do in the future to keep it working well. Very impressed with the service!
Michael was very professional in his approach to the work carried out, he was informative and helped with the problem of our printer. A solution was found and now we are able to get back on track and print our cards.
we had Michael (service engineer) pop in to look at our printer today, diagnosed the problem very quickly and got a quote issued in next to know time.

Rob, Service Engineer was able diagnose a fault we had with our copier very quickly and as in the past always been polite, friendly and professional. We have been using Temple Knight for many years now and on the whole they provide us a great service. They are also very honest and easy to deal with.

Rob installed a new machine for us today and was extremely polite and helpful. He carried out the install quickly and efficiently covering all aspects of the use and connection. He took the time to demonstrate the online management of the system along with providing a comprehensive demonstration of the key features. Our engineer was Rob and he was cheerful, helpful and got the problem sorted. No mess, no fuss, all good! He was running a bit late but we were warned of his arrival time by the head office.
Rob the engineer who came out to help us with a scanning/printing problem we had was very professional, helpful and friendly. He explained everything and would highly recommend him.
Temple Knight have always been so helpful on the phone when I've had to call them.

Novac was very prompt, polite and helpful. Fixed my printer, serviced it and advised on repairs to keep it running efficiently. Also helped me make better use of its features, which was a bonus!
I rang in the morning and was told there and then that someone could come out within the same day, this was great and an unexpected bonus, i thought I may have to wait a few days or so.
Novac arrived and was very friendly and helpful. Novac appeared to do a very thorough check of our printer, giving it a clean and was very informative when explaining the part, although he could not fix the problem there and then he was most apologetic for this and explained a new part needed to be ordered and as soon as the new part was in, an engineer would be back to fix this.
I was very happy with the service, great customer service - a rarity nowadays!
