“I was interested in a 'refurb' HP Pavillion laptop that was on their site. There wasn't a picture of it with the listing so I opened up a web chat to find out if I could find out how significant the dents were on the lid. I received a picture within a few minutes, so I was able to determine whether I wished to purchase the unit or not. I decided to proceed. They shipped overnight using DPD (the best), the package was extremely well packed. I'm extremely happy with the laptop and wholeheartedly recommend Techedge to anyone.”

“Would have been a higher rating if item was packaged better. Its a miracle it got here in one piece, very minimal wrapping/protection inside a flimsy outer box. No "fragile" warnings on box.....as said, the way courier firms throw items around, its amazing its intact . Can only hope theres no damage to inner workings of unit.”
