I was interested in a 'refurb' HP Pavillion laptop that was on their site. There wasn't a picture of it with the listing so I opened up a web chat to find out if I could find out how significant the dents were on the lid.
I received a picture within a few minutes, so I was able to determine whether I wished to purchase the unit or not. I decided to proceed.
They shipped overnight using DPD (the best), the package was extremely well packed.
I'm extremely happy with the laptop and wholeheartedly recommend Techedge to anyone.
