“Completed my claims in mid January, received notification four weeks later. Further three weeks and I received my cheque. Rated only as good as the phone number provided seems to continuously ring then on hold for few seconds then disconnected. Very difficult to contact anyone as I have some queries. Would be great if anyone's available to talk to.”

Hi Jeanne, thank you for your comments. In order to make our fees as transparent and fair as possible, we apply a fixed fee to every rebate. Unfortunately if we recover only a small amount of money for you, we understand the fee can seem high in comparison but rest assured the actual %'s are always the same, regardless of the size of the rebate.
