“Quite expensive at 20% commission, but you really don't have to move a muscle...... Just one problem was and EXTRA hidden charge which is 20% tax on that commission which isn't too much but still extra what you have to pay for. All in all very nice service and took around 8 weeks in all for it to arrive. Cannot complain ;) keep it up guys!”

The VAT is definitely mentioned wherever we show our fees, so I respectfully disagree with your comment that it is a hidden charge. “Good service...very easy. I was kept updated by email on a regular basis. Only let down was admin fee and vat on top of 20% taken...that should have been made clearer...as it ends up being 25 % loss. Otherwise prompt and courteous service.”
