“Not bad service very fast overall”

“Overall very happy with the service. I have recommended to my friends/colleagues I would have marked it 5 stars but for a communications breakdown at the end. I received an e.mail informing me that TRL had received my cheque, and would let me know when it had cleared. 11 days later I still had not heard anything, so I contacted TRL to be told the cheque had been sent to me. As I say, very good apart from that one communications lapse!”

Although March and April are very busy times for HMRC, I can see that your claim was still processed well within the quoted timescale of 8-12 weeks.
