“Hi...my first order and cooked Khoresh.Did not do it for me.No depth of flavour.Followed recipe but found the kinda clove flavour not to my taste.Hopefully my next choice is better.”

“I've now ordered two litres of 8 of the spice packs and have enjoyed everything I've tried so far. The instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow with a great meal at the end. Delivery was quick on both occasions and these keep well in the fridge or cook easily if they've been frozen. I will be ordering again.”

“These kits make some great tasting curries - better than our local Indian! I ordered a pack of 8 different kits to try, and so far my favourites are the Goan fish/prawn curry, Persian Khoresh and Sri Laban curry. I’ve still to try the Balti Masala and Timatar Masala. I used 3 kits fresh and froze the rest, and they are still great tasting even after the kit has been frozen.”

“We’ve tried four dishes so far and will definitely come back for more! Excellent quality fresh ingredients, simple to follow instructions and expertly blended spice mixes. One addition that might be helpful is an estimate of prep & cooking times in one easy glance to help when cooking multiple dishes. Thanks for making our Saturday nights special again!”

“Convenient to have around whether recently delivered or from the fridge, handy during lockdown. Recently tried the Chilli and it was interesting to try new techniques. Haven't tried the marinades yet, they will be my next purchase”

“Persian Koresh the taste with the dried lime was amazing. All I have tried are amazing now on my second order. Great how you have a heat traffic light system for chillies as we both dont like stuff to firey. Sri Lanka's curry tommorrow night”

“Sri Lankan curry made with lamb neck filets. Very flavoursome and a worthwhile effort. Word of warning - I used only 2 of the 4 chillies and it was very hot.”

“I am on my second pack, first one of 6 this one of 8 and have thoroughly enjoyed all the meals I have made. The Jamaican Jerk marinade is the best I have tasted any where, the Persian khoresh and tex mex chilli also are excellent.”
