“Target recently completed one of the largest ever bridging loans we introduced to them, for £6m bridging against a portfolio of 6 properties in central London. The loan was made to an offshore company, secured against the assets of the company which were the 6 London properties. The loan unusually was made without personal guarantee from the company directors. The facility allowed a restructuring of the company, with the exit of the loan planned as being sale of the properties in due course. We are so very pleased using this master brokers services and experience to help our client base”
