“I am a self employed builder and it is usually a long and drawn out process to find any finance deal to renovate property, certainly a buy to let mortgage was not an option for me. Not with these guys though! They were very clear about the information I needed to supply and I had a decision in principle within a couple of days. They also got me the best rate I had come across.”

“I was a little apprehensive of using an online bridging loan advisor but I can’t recommend this service enough. Zara has been extremely helping in getting my offer in place and was always on the other end of the line when I needed her.
