“We developed a large single asset and were stuck in a development loan at a very high loan to value, as our property had been down-valued by around 15% pushing up the required LTV. We have also been unsuccessful in selling the house due to issues relating to Brexit. Target helped us refinance on very favourable terms, using our other properties as additional security.
