She has been brilliant, excellent, resilient and had worked incredibly odd hours to get everything through regardless of the tough obstacles we met on the way. She arranged 2 bridging loans together from an Auction purchase. Only had 14 days to complete. The special conditions met were almost impossible to go through. I almost resigned to losing the deposit. I honestly had to use a phrase ‘die hard’ for her yesterday after the purchase went through. I am still dazed 😵💫.
She used every legal name in the book to achieve success for me and l am a new client of hers for that matter. You would have thought she had known me for ages but no.
