“I am very impressed with this company. I ordered some broths on New Year’s Eve and on Jan 1st I noticed they had a 30% discount offer. I emailed them and said I was disappointed not to have been able to take advantage of the offer, having seen it too late, and they gave me the 30% refund straight away. Excellent customer service - and the broth is great too!”

“Freja are a great company with excellent customer service. It’s a great product and I have really noticed a difference in my skin, hair and nails as well as my overall joint health. I had an issue with a delivery and Freja sorted it immediately!”

“I’d inadvertently overpaid for my bone broth on the 30%off sale, and I contacted Customer Services. They replied almost immediately and without a fuss proceeded to repay the difference! Excellent work Team Freja! Thank you.”

“Although I have not tried the product yet, I have to say they are an absolute pleasure to deal with and customer service second to none. My first parcel got damaged in transit and was returned by DPD, I emailed Fraha and they send out a new order immediately before they even received the returned package. Then when I got the second delivery, one of my boxes had split, again, I emailed them, and they sent a replacement out right away. The emails always have a very friendly tone and respond very quickly. Thank you Freja. I’m excited to try your products!”

“Freja have me hooked, great tasting product that seems to genuinely benefit my gut and skin health, and having figured out I have a yeast and gluten intolerance, finding a product without all the guff added in is so refreshing. Add to that great delivery in friendly packaging with impeccable customer service (Stuart on the team went what i would consider above and beyond on a query i posed this week) I will be continuing to buy regularly. “Excellent customer service and communication and delivery was very fast. Very nicely packaged in recyclable card and although I haven’t tried the broth yet I’m pretty certain it will be good going by everything else. I’ve already been recommending to friends and family.”

“I’ve been buying Freja bone broth for a few months now. I love it, it’s very good quality and so easy to use. I add garlic, ginger, salt and apple sider vinegar and it tastes amazing. I also blend it with avocado or grass fed butter, it’s delicious. I drink it every day. It improved my skin and helped with my dry eyes. I don’t need to use eye drops. Great value for money. Highly recommend”

“Not only are the products from this company of superb quality, Freja Foods' customer service is astonishingly good. I recently made an order with Freja Foods which failed to be delivered due to a problem with DPD. I contacted the customer service team via email and within minutes (18 to be precise!) a new order had been placed free of charge by the team. It was delivered the next business day. Such a refreshing change in a world of complacency. Bravo gang! Keep it up :-)”
