“Very comfortable, beautifully designed, everything you could need. To pick up on a couple of points made below, all the manuals are in one of the kitchen drawers and the bathmat is in the airing cupboard (with the washing machine and boiler). Everything is in very good condition and easy to use and, having been several times now, I found I didn't need to refer to the guides this time. Incredible views - whole days can pass just watching the sky change from dawn to dusk (whatever the weather) and all the activity on the water. Pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes - all on the doorstep - a car parking space included. Local businesses deliver take away meals (recommend Prezzo) and Morrisons brought our food shopping for the week - all of whom bring it up to the door of the apartment with a smile so no need to lug anything unnecessary up the stairs - unless you actually want the cardio workout! Hard to imagine anything more perfect really. I walk with a stick and mum is 91 so the stairs are a challenge... yes, but managable with care and by allowing a bit extra time - the views and the comfort once in the apartment are well worth the effort. Tina the owner is always so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Stuart Line cruises and Rockfish resturant - both only 2 mins from the front door. We'll be back in October - already looking forward to it. Thanks as always :o)”

“Lovely location in Seahouses.
The house was clean and well equipped.
Only problem is parking. We were able to use the allocated parking space, but had to make several shunts to get in and out. Although there are signs to say No Parking they are ignored. The shops had large waste bins and parked cars which made it difficult.”
“We have just returned from a week at sunset view & have only excellent comments to make about this property & the owners Kathleen & Tom. The cottage was in a good spot for the things we wanted to do whilst in Ireland between Galway & Tuam. The grounds were very well kept & the swing on the lawn was well used by my adult granddaughters 😊 Kathleen & Tom have a donkey & ponies off site which are available to see & feed should you wish too, there was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived bread, milk tea, coffee sugar plus a few extras. The local supermarket was 9 minutes away & very reasonably priced. We would definitely return again as nothing was too much trouble & it was home from home .”
