On that occassion, the accomodation details were incorrect, the owner did not respond to telephone calls despite the booking details said to contact them 2 days before the booking started and the customer service on this occasion was non-existent. However, following my complaint, I was offered a payment as a gesture of good will, which Imaccepted. Every other timeSykes Cottages have been reliable, and helpful.”
“A very lovely cottage near the Leeds/Liverpool canal where you can walk into Skipton and catch the bus back. Excellent pub (The White Lion ) is a five minute walk away across the bridge. No problem with parking at all. Would definitely stay here again.”
