“Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered the socks for a birthday gift, paid the extra for speedy delivery. DPD delivery service has completely let the side down, it’s now way over the delivery date and has missed the birthday. I’ve contacted Super Socks 3 times now over the period of a week and had zero response despite the promise of a 12 hour reply. I appreciate sometimes things go wrong but to completely blank your customer and provide zero support or response is inexcusable. Shows a lack of respect for the customer. So current status is that I have not received what I paid for but Super Socks have my cash and are not responding to my support requests.”

“Took money from my account no item delivered or recollection of it. Involved the bank now. Rip of merchants. Contacted loads of times and just been ignored. I'll leave the bank to deal with it.”

“Ordered socks 27 nov still not arrived despite sending several emails . I asked for a valid Royal Mail tracking code was told it is valid amd only shows an update if they attempt delivery ..needless to say they are scammers asked for my money back so will see if they reply now”

“Paid nearly £30 including postage and packaging for some socks with my cat's face printed on. They arrived promptly no problem but the printing is terrible. It's so blurry you can't see the marking on the cat's face, so you can't even tell its our cat. I might as well have just bought cheaper socks with any ginger cat on! I looked at the photo guidelines before submitting and spent ages choosing the right picture. Really unhappy. Waste of money. I feel I've been scammed.”

“Order placed 13th December, said 10 days for delivery. Got an email with a Royal Mail tracking reference a week ago, but it isn't recognised on the Royal Mail website. Haven't received my order and no response to my emails.”

“Don't waste your time ordering from this company. Ordered boxers on 28th nov, email on 3rd December to say the order had been shipped. Its now 18th December, no boxers and ive emailed 4 times and just keep getting the same auto email back regarding delivery times. its been 21 days since I made an order with a UK company that apparently use 24/48 hr tracked royal mail delivery. Where the hell is my order if it was shipped on 3rd December?! complete and utter SCAM!!!!”

“I ordered on the 27th of November and still hasn’t arrived. Got told they were sending a replacement that would be here this week and it STILL hasn’t turned up. £20 for a pair of boxers and the tracking number doesn’t even work? Seems fishy to me. Not ordering again and will be looking for a refund. Disgraceful service. DO NOT BUY.”

“Shipping sucks, I ordered on November 17th and still no sign of my order. Customer service takes an average of 3-4 days to respond and doesn’t help anyways. I won’t be ordering from here again and I suggest nobody else waste their money here either as I have never been so displeased with an online order.”
