A complete nightmare since I signed up on 30 December, no workable broadband and speeds of less than 2m

What went wrong? Hmmmmm Well, They pose as an affiliated member/party to BT. (They aren't) They Charged us £0.00 when we cancelled, But........ Preceeded to charge us £221 for a none existing service and phone calls. Upon contesting this they said that As part of Sky's team, They will get the money one way or another.(wait? I thought you said BT?) Exactly. A tumor in my left testicle would be less of an issue compared to these scam artist's.

The advisor instantly called me a lier in no un certain terms telling me that my information was unreliable and not to be relied on. Rule no1 in customer care. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT even when their wrong. Was a bit bizarre. Bordering on Rude.

My email account was cut off without any prior notice. Very poor and very stressful. However, the support team helped me get back on-line with a new account. Their service (Marco) was first class; really helpful and really responsive.

Online chat never available, kept on hold for lengthy periods then to be cut off as lines were closed, no replyt o email issue still unresolved

I joined in May.. I have had bad internet / wifi / tv service since constantly calling but they never sort it out. Also been over charged twice. They have not held to there end of the contract i have always paid on time and Stuck to my end of the contract.

Initial phone call was on hold for 18 minutes then cut out. Chat session much better when questions were answered ok.
