“Reece from Sunlounger is absolutely brilliant, I have been trying to book a special holiday with his assistance, he’s provided very fast access to all the details I have had, I’ve asked a extreme amount of questions and Reece had been able to answer all of them. He’s kept me informed as much as possible throughout the whole process. 10/10.”

“I don’t think I have ever truly experienced customer service until I had the pleasure of dealing with Abigail. She was the most fantastic person we have ever dealt with, her service was so professional by the end of our transaction I felt I should invite her round for Christmas dinner. “Great service from Hannah at the Kings Lynn branch with our booking to Jamaica this week. She has taken care of everything for us via live chat and over the phone, the whole process was far easier and quicker than I imagined. Looking forward to 2022 which can’t come soon enough.
