Booked our first holiday as a family with Evelyn and she was so helpful, checking different hotels that suited our needs. Also contacting the hotel to find out if they cater for food allergies. We will definitely book with sunlounger again.

Everyone at Sunlounger Milton Keynes always provides excellent service. Today I called in for help printing boarding passes for my upcoming trip to Madeira and I left after Kayleee had arranged another package holiday and 2 flight only deals. I have come to know all the staff in the last 2 years or so and can't recommend them more highly. I always feel welcome and special and their advice, knowledge and expertise is invaluable in getting the best from my travels. Thank you Kaylee and thanks to all your wonderful colleagues.

Sara was wonderful helping us sort out a trip to Disneyland Paris for our daughters birthday. She went through several options on dates, and hotels until we landed upon the perfect combination. She was a joy to deal with and extremely knowledgable. Thank you for your patience! We are very excited for our future trip!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience and we do take all comments seriously. We appreciate that you contacted us a few weeks ago regarding payment options and seat selection, and during that call our team explained the available ways to make payment as well as confirming that seat selection was not included in the original holiday cost. As discussed at the time, this is standard across airlines, whether travelling in economy, premium or business class, and optional seat selection is charged separately by the airline. In relation to managing your holiday online, as an independent travel agency we do not currently offer a full self-service online portal. That said, we do provide online facilities for making payments and submitting enquiries, and our team is always available by phone or email to assist personally. Many of our clients prefer this more hands-on service, but we do understand that online account management is important to some customers and this is something we are actively working on for the future. We’re sorry that this didn’t meet your expectations and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further and see if there’s anything we can do to help.
