“My itinearary wasn't straightforward e.g. A transit stop and then arriving at one destination and then returning via another. I found it impossible to organise via either airlines online service. I contacted Sunlounger whose agent (Kaitlyn) didn't find the itinearary a problem and organised it, including my own choice of a nightstop hotel within 24 hours. Dealing with a human being that listens, knows their job and follows through was a pleasure in this day and age. Good service.”

Just turned up with no appointment and all three young ladies greeted us with big smiles (that felt genuine). We had quite a few requests that not every resort could accommodate, but this didn't phase our agent (Kaitlyn) and eventually after right hotel, wrong flights etc we settled on a Grecotel Luxme Kos holiday. Coincidentally Kaitlyn our agent was going for a personal stay there the following week.
We didn't realise that the full amount (£4100) was due in full as it fell inside your company policy. We were then worried that we could possibly loose the holiday, booked extra legroom seats etc. due to a possible timeout?
Kaitlyn was calm and explained if when we get home, call her and she would talk us through the online payment procedure.... Foreward half an hour she did exactly that and thankfully everything we had booked was still available.
