We appreciate that you contacted us a few weeks ago regarding payment options and seat selection, and during that call our team explained the available ways to make payment as well as confirming that seat selection was not included in the original holiday cost. As discussed at the time, this is standard across airlines, whether travelling in economy, premium or business class, and optional seat selection is charged separately by the airline.
In relation to managing your holiday online, as an independent travel agency we do not currently offer a full self-service online portal. That said, we do provide online facilities for making payments and submitting enquiries, and our team is always available by phone or email to assist personally. Many of our clients prefer this more hands-on service, but we do understand that online account management is important to some customers and this is something we are actively working on for the future.
