“As we opened the door Evelyn immediately greeted us with a smile and quickly got to work taking down our rather vague details! We took around 30 mins to bring our options down to two (mainly priced based). Evelyn printed off our choices and we left to have a 'coffee' (visit TUI). We went to TUI and were turned away and asked to come back in a hour a 15 mins. We did hang about but Evelyn's customer service was much friendlier and we probably would have gone back to Hays even the price was £100. When we returned, luckily Evelyn had finished her lunch and again was ready and waiting. We quickly booked our holiday - no fuss, all info provided. Job done ✅”
