“Called into the Milton Keynes branch today, Megan asked if she could help us. I had been very interested in a holiday in Menorca, aware that only 2 rooms still available. Meghan double checked for us, couldn't book immediately as hadn't arranged Holiday Insurance at that stage, she temporarily reserved it for us, I also enquired as to seating on plane as I hate sitting at back of plane. After I had arranged the travel Insurance, I contacted Meghan to confirm that we were now insured and able to go ahead with booking. Allocated seats in Row 10, which is fine, and Row 7 on return journey. Managed to get last room available on chosen holiday! Megan is a lovely, bubbly girl, very pleasant and extremely helpful, very knowledgeable. I am so glad that we called into the branch today, rather than booking online and getting very frustrated and annoyed, and would probably have missed out on the last room.”

“We popped into store after having a terrible experience elsewhere . Megan was super helpful and even included our daughters when looking for our family holiday. I would highly recommend going in and speaking to them if are booking a holiday !!”
