“I popped into Sunlounger Travel in King’s Lynn to book a surprise holiday for my partner as a Christmas present, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience!
Kelsey was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was so friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed just as excited about my little Christmas surprise as I was!
She even made sure notes were added to their system so that if my partner happens to pop in before Christmas, the staff will know not to mention anything and spoil the surprise. I thought that was such a thoughtful touch!
Kelsey also went out of her way to create and print a beautiful personalised gift voucher for me to give on Christmas Day. She really didn’t have to do that, and it was such a lovely gesture that meant a lot to me.
It’s little things like this that make all the difference. Kelsey didn’t just help me book a holiday, she helped make a special Christmas present even more special.
