This course presented to me some really important details and nuances about the process which I hadn't realised before, and I now feel like I know what a good answer to the questions looks like.
Carlene was a great tutor who had patience with some of the slower members of our class without hindering the experience of the rest of the class.
One small piece of feedback I would suggest is that sometimes we had to watch videos where the audio was coming through Carlene's speaker on to the call, when it is in fact possible when screen sharing to have the audio from your device play directly through Zoom.”
