“A good service, very helpful and friendly so far. This is the first time I have had to use such a service to insure my possessions. I would certainly recommend and I am pleased with the company and their quick response to any queries I have had.”

“Very competitive rates. I had a little trouble with making payment through the website but a quick phone call to the office and it was resolved. I have no idea how good they are if you need to make a claim and hopefully won’t have to!”

“Quick and prompt responses. Exceptionally quick refund when policy finished. As with all insurance companies the real test is if you need them. I thankfully did not hence 4 stars.”

“Good service. MUCH MUCH cheaper than the insurance heavily pushed by the storage units and equal coverage. Its a slight faff having to supply the proof of insurance each month to the storage company (who otherwise add on their own insurance change) but the email sent by Store and Insure helps with this as all i had to do was forward this on once a month. I did not need to claim or discuss any claim however so cannot rate that part of the service.”

“Ideal provider to protect our possessions while in storage. Also, not tied in to a lengthy contract so can renew monthly which is beneficial as we aren't sure when the construction of our new house will be complete.”
