“1. The preparation of the quotation was very clear and easy. 2. The procedure for entering into an agreement was very clear and easy. 3. The selection of payment method needs to be rewritten. When opting for DD payment methodology it states that 1st payment would be in about 25 days in the future, which infered that payment is in arrears when actually the will be a DD within a week of commencement of cover.”

“Very competitive rates. I had a little trouble with making payment through the website but a quick phone call to the office and it was resolved. I have no idea how good they are if you need to make a claim and hopefully won’t have to!”
