Probably very good if you are using an "approved" store, but not clear from website when getting a quote (and thinking everything is OK) that the store you've chosen isn't acceptable to the insurers. A cross check of the store address against the approved stores can't be that difficult.

We believe we make it sufficiently clear on the website that goods must be stored in a recognised self storage facility. We are in the process of updating our quote form to make this even clearer. We thank you for your feedback.

We didn't receive any policy documents and so the Storage Unit would not accept and we ended up having to take out their insurance.
